HERITAGE SPIRE — 公式サイト購入用フォント利用条件 v1.1

適用と既存購入者の保護
本規約は、購入前の商品説明で本版を提示された公式サイト／PayhipのHERITAGE SPIRE購入に適用します。既存購入者の購入時の権利を縮小したり、追加料金を遡って請求したりしません。旧版の利用条件で成立した購入は旧版のままです。Creative Market等の第三者販売先での購入には、その購入先で合意したライセンスが適用され、本規約を追加適用しません。Crest Lab本体の既存利用条件は変更しません。
共通事項
一購入者（個人又は法人）に、世界全域での非独占・譲渡不可・無期限の買い切り利用権を付与します。著作権や字形そのものの所有権を譲渡するものではありません。合理的なバックアップを認めます。許諾範囲内の利用に追加ロイヤリティはありません。
購入したライセンス名と注文番号を保管してください。購入者は管理下の制作環境でフォントを使用でき、当該購入者の仕事のために必要な委託先に限り、一時的に提供できます。委託先にも同条件を守らせ、作業後は独立して再利用できないよう削除させてください。独立した第三者・別法人への再許諾やフォントの共有販売は認めません。
Standard / Desktop制作権
ロゴ、広告、印刷物、パッケージ、画像、映像、書籍の表紙、ゲームのタイトル画像など、完成した2D作品の商用制作・通常の納品・公開を認めます。フォントデータを含まない完成画像・動画だけなら、電子書籍やゲームで使用しても組み込みライセンスは不要です。閲覧・印刷専用のPDFへの埋め込みも、必要な字形のサブセット化と抽出・編集を抑止する合理的な保護を行う条件で認めます。EPUB等の電子出版物、アプリ／ゲーム、公開Webfont、利用者が文字を編集できるツールへのフォントデータ組み込みは、このDesktop制作権だけには含みません。個人の非商用の立体試作は認めます。
本商品のE-Publishing及びApp / Gameライセンスには、このDesktop制作権を含みます。Desktopを別途購入する必要はありません。
データ保護・素材再配布
フォントファイル、抽出輪郭、再利用可能なSVG・STL・鋳型・アルファベット素材集・テンプレート等の再配布・再販売は認めません。完成した2D作品の通常の納品とは区別します。フォントデータを公開リポジトリや製品ソースコードへ含めず、許諾先の完成製品に必要な範囲でのみ配布してください。
許可された組み込みに必要なサブセット化、圧縮、暗号化・難読化、形式変換を認めます。ただし再利用可能な改変フォントを別商品として販売・共有する権利はありません。利用者がフォントを直接取得・インストール・別用途に再利用するためのダウンロード機能を設けないでください。合理的な保護を要件とし、あらゆる攻撃に対する完全な抽出防止を保証する義務を意味しません。
別契約となる用途
利用者が自由に文字組み、デザイン編集、画像・SVG等のデザイン書き出しを行えるエディター、フォント／紋章ジェネレーター、POD・テンプレート制作サービスへの組み込みは、通常のApp / Game又はE-Publishingの範囲外で、事前の別契約が必要です。通常のゲーム内UI、字幕、プレイヤー名等の表示や入力は、外部利用向けのデザイン制作・書き出しを提供しない限り、App / Gameで扱えます。
公開WebサイトでのCSS @font-face配信、サーバー経由の第三者向け生成、OS・電子機器への組み込みも、明示的に許可していない限り別途相談してください。
造形商品化権との分離
字形又は派生紋章を主な価値とする立体商品を製造販売する権利は、Standard、E-Publishing、App / Gameには含まれません。既存のPhysical Product Licence（1ブランド・累計500個：49,800円／累計5,000個：198,000円）が別途必要です。印刷物・衣服への平面印刷と、文字形状自体の立体商品化は区別します。これらの物理ライセンスを購入しても、電子出版・Appへの組み込み権が自動で追加されることはありません。
Crest Labとの関係
このフォントライセンス単体にはCrest Labアプリ又はWeb版へのアクセスは付属しません。同じ購入者がCrest LabとHERITAGE SPIREを両方所有する場合の、購入確認後のフォント入りLabへの無償切り替えは従来どおりです。別々に購入した場合は、双方の注文番号を添えてお問い合わせください。切り替えで新しい組み込み権・造形商品化権は追加されません。
問い合わせと注文の優先
販売時の商品名と本規約の該当ライセンス区分を合わせて適用します。他の区分の条件を理由に、購入していない利用権を追加することはできません。適用法令による購入者の権利を制限するものではありません。返品・返金は購入前に提示する販売条件・返品方針に従います。違反が見つかった場合は、法令上の緊急措置が必要な場合を除き、まず是正又は適切な許諾について協議します。

E-Publishing — 18,800円 / 1タイトル
本商品はDesktop制作権に加え、1タイトルの完成した電子書籍・電子雑誌・その他の電子出版物へフォントデータを埋め込んで配布する権利を含みます。部数・販売数・ダウンロード数の上限はありません。買い切りで、同じタイトルの継続配布に更新料はかかりません。
「1タイトル」は独立して識別される1作品です。同一作品のPDF/EPUB等の形式違い、誤植修正、内容の継続的な更新版、同一作品の翻訳版は含めます。別作品、続編、独立した巻・雑誌号は別タイトルです。タイトルを改名するだけでは別作品にならず、逆に同じシリーズ名だけで複数巻・号を1タイトルにまとめることはできません。
配布先の読者が閲覧・印刷するための埋め込みに限ります。標準的なEPUB難読化、圧縮・暗号化又はPDFのサブセット化等、形式に応じた合理的な保護を施してください。単独フォント、編集可能なテンプレート、自由な文字編集・デザイン出力用素材として配布することはできません。アプリ／ゲームの組み込み権と立体商品化権は含みません。
App / Game — 74,800円 / 複数作品・合計25,000 MAU
本商品はDesktop制作権に加え、購入者が所有又は管理する複数の完成アプリ・ゲームへフォントデータを組み込み、文字を動的表示する権利を含みます。買い切りで、許諾範囲内の更新料・月額料金はありません。同一購入者の全対象作品・全OS／プラットフォームを合計して、直近30日間のアクティブ利用者25,000人までです。
Windows、macOS、Linux、iOS、Android、ゲーム機等への展開、同一作品のアップデート・移植・追加コンテンツを含みます。別作品も同じ購入者の管理下にある限り対象に追加できますが、利用者上限は作品ごとにリセットしません。別法人や顧客企業はそれぞれ別の購入者として許諾が必要です。
MAUは、その時点から遡る30日間に対象作品を少なくとも1回利用したユニーク利用者です。作品・OSをまたぐ同一利用者を合理的に重複排除できる場合は1人とし、判別できない場合は各集計値を合算してください。ダウンロードのたびにMAUへ加算する意味ではありません。MAUを計測しない場合は、全対象作品・OSの累計ダウンロード数25,000以下を保守的な代替指標として利用できます。MAUとダウンロード数を足し合わせません。利用者の個人情報をCREST GLYPHに送信する必要はありません。合理的な集計記録を保管してください。
上限超過が見込まれる場合は事前に別途見積もり・契約が必要です。予期せず超過した場合は認識から30日以内に連絡し、利用規模に合う許諾を協議してください。上限や利用権が自動で拡大されるものではありません。
フォントは完成製品内に合理的に保護して組み込み、製品のソースコードや単独ダウンロードとして配布しないでください。利用者が自由なデザイン編集・外部利用向けの作品書き出しを行えるツール、Webfont、電子出版、立体商品化の権利は含みません。
HERITAGE SPIRE — Direct-purchase Font Licence v1.1

Scope and existing purchasers
This version applies to HERITAGE SPIRE purchases through our official site / Payhip for which this version was disclosed before purchase. It does not reduce rights granted to existing purchasers or impose retroactive charges. Orders concluded under the previous terms retain those terms. Purchases through Creative Market or another marketplace remain subject to the licence agreed at that marketplace; this direct-purchase licence does not override it. Existing Crest Lab software terms are unchanged.
General grant
One purchaser (an individual or legal entity) receives a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual, one-time-paid licence within the purchased scope. Copyright and ownership of the letterforms are not transferred. Reasonable backups are permitted. No recurring royalty applies within the licensed scope. Keep your order ID and purchased licence name.
Use the font in production environments controlled by the purchaser. Contractors may receive it temporarily only to perform the purchaser's work, must follow these terms, and must remove copies after completion so they cannot independently reuse them. Independent third parties or separate legal entities may not share or resell the font licence.
Standard / Desktop production rights
Commercial creation, ordinary delivery and publication of finished 2D artwork are permitted, including logos, advertising, print, packaging, images, video, book covers and game title images. Finished images or videos that do not contain font data do not require an embedding licence merely because they appear in an ebook or game. Read-only, view-and-print PDF embedding is also permitted when reasonably protected against extraction/editing, with subsetting to required glyphs. Desktop rights alone do not include font-data embedding in EPUB or similar publications, apps/games, public webfont delivery, or tools allowing users to edit type. Personal non-commercial physical prototypes are permitted.
The E-Publishing and App / Game licences sold here include these Desktop rights. A separate Desktop purchase is not required.
Data protection and asset redistribution
Do not redistribute or resell font files, extracted outlines, reusable SVG/STL/mould files, alphabet asset packs or templates. This differs from ordinary delivery of finished 2D artwork. Do not include the font in public repositories or distributed product source code. Distribute it only as needed inside the licensed finished product.
Subsetting, compression, encryption/obfuscation and format conversion necessary for permitted embedding are allowed. Reselling or sharing a modified reusable font is not allowed. Do not provide functionality to download, install or independently reuse the font. Reasonable protection is required; this is not a promise of perfect resistance to every extraction attack.
Uses requiring a separate agreement
Embedding in editors, font/crest generators, POD or template services that let users freely typeset, edit designs or export design artwork such as images/SVG requires a separate prior agreement. Ordinary game UI, subtitles, player names and text input are allowed under App / Game provided no design-production/export functionality for outside use is offered.
Public CSS @font-face webfont delivery, server-based generation for third parties, OS and hardware embedding also require separate permission unless expressly licensed.
Separate physical-product rights
Standard, E-Publishing and App / Game do not include manufacturing/selling physical products whose main value is the letterforms or derived crests. The existing Physical Product Licence is separate: one brand, 500 cumulative units at JPY49,800 or 5,000 at JPY198,000. Distinguish flat print on goods/clothing from manufacturing the letterform itself as a physical object. Physical licensing does not automatically grant ebook/app embedding rights.
Crest Lab
This font licence alone does not include the Crest Lab app or website access. The existing free switch to the Heritage Spire-included Lab remains available after verifying that the same purchaser owns both Lab and HERITAGE SPIRE. Supply both order IDs when bought separately. The switch does not add embedding or physical-product rights.
Orders and support
Read the purchased product name together with the corresponding licence section. A section for another licence does not grant unpurchased rights. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Refunds follow the terms and refund policy disclosed before purchase. Unless urgent action is legally required, concerns about a breach will first be addressed through correction or appropriate licensing discussions.

E-Publishing — JPY18,800 / one title
In addition to Desktop production rights, this product permits font-data embedding and distribution in one finished ebook, electronic magazine or other electronic publication. Copies, sales and downloads are unlimited. This is a one-time purchase with no renewal fee for continued distribution of the same title.
One title means one independently identifiable work. PDF/EPUB or other format editions, corrections, ongoing revised versions and translations of that same work are included. Separate works, sequels, independent volumes and magazine issues are separate titles. Renaming does not turn a work into another title, and a shared series name does not combine independent volumes/issues into one title.
Embedding is for readers to view and print the publication. Use format-appropriate reasonable protection such as standard EPUB obfuscation, compression/encryption or PDF subsetting. Do not distribute a standalone font, editable template, or asset for unrestricted typesetting/design export. App/game embedding and physical manufacturing rights are not included.
App / Game — JPY74,800 / multiple works, 25,000 combined MAU
In addition to Desktop rights, this product permits embedding font data for dynamic text display in multiple finished apps/games owned or controlled by the purchaser. One-time purchase; no monthly or renewal fee within scope. The limit is 25,000 active users in the preceding 30 days, combined across all covered works and operating systems/platforms.
Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, consoles and other platforms, updates, ports and additional content are included. Other works controlled by the same purchaser may be added; the user allowance does not reset per work. Separate legal entities or client businesses require their own licence.
MAU means unique users who used a covered work at least once in the preceding 30 days at the time of measurement. Deduplicate the same user across works/platforms where reasonably possible; otherwise sum the available counts. A download is not automatically an active user. If MAU is not measured, combined cumulative downloads of at most 25,000 may be used as a conservative alternative. Do not add MAU and download counts together. You need not send users' personal information to CREST GLYPH; retain reasonable aggregate records.
Arrange a quote and additional agreement before an expected excess. If unexpectedly exceeded, contact us within 30 days of discovery to agree suitable permission. Scope and limits do not expand automatically.
Embed with reasonable protection inside the finished product; do not distribute with product source code or as a standalone download. User-facing design editors/export generators, webfont, ebook embedding and physical manufacturing rights are not included.
