返品・返金方針
当店の商品は、ダウンロードで提供するデジタル商品および利用ライセンスです。お客様都合による返品・返金は原則として受け付けません。ご購入前に商品内容、対応環境、利用条件、数量上限をご確認ください。
未納品、ファイルの破損、商品説明と異なる内容などがある場合は、注文番号と購入時のメールアドレス、問題の内容を添えてお問い合わせください。内容を確認のうえ、再提供や修正により対応します。問題を解消できない場合は返金します。
この方針は、適用される法令によって認められるお客様の権利を制限するものではありません。
Refund policy
Our products are downloadable digital products and usage licences. We generally do not accept returns or refunds for a change of mind. Please check the product contents, supported environment, licence conditions and unit allowances before purchasing.
If delivery is missing, a file is corrupted, or the supplied product differs from its description, contact us with your order ID, purchase email address and details of the issue. After reviewing the issue, we will provide the product again or correct the problem. If we cannot resolve it, we will issue a refund.
This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
