購入後の3ステップ

  1. Payhipの購入確認メールにあるダウンロードリンクを開き、購入ページに表示されるライセンスキーを確認します。
  2. 購入者専用ログインで、購入時のメールアドレスとライセンスキーを入力します。Payhipアカウントのパスワードや、新しいパスワードの登録は不要です。
  3. 購入した版の制作画面が開きます。単独版とセット版では、利用できる書体が異なります。

対応環境と保存

最新版のデスクトップChrome／Edgeを推奨します。Web版はインターネット接続が必要です。PC内のフォントは対応ブラウザで許可して選ぶか、利用権のあるOTF／TTFファイルを読み込んでください。インストール済みフォントや動画出力の対応はブラウザにより異なります。

PNG／SVG画像と設定JSONを保存できます。WebMの動画録画は対応ブラウザで利用できます。Windows版のFFmpegによるMP4変換・フレーム書き出しはWeb版に含みません。動画を確実に書き出す用途にはWindows版をご利用ください。

一時保存はブラウザやアカウントに紐づくため、別のブラウザ・端末へ自動で移るとは限りません。大切な作品はPNG／SVGと設定JSONをPCへ書き出してください。Web版のSVG・自然素材のオンライン見本保存は1件1MBまでです。サービスの無期限運営や将来のダウンロード版を約束するものではありません。

メールやキーが見つからない場合

迷惑メールとPayhipの購入ページを確認してください。キー発行前に購入された方、別のメールアドレスで購入した方、無料切替が必要な方は、購入時のメールアドレスと注文番号を添えてお問い合わせください。カード番号やPayhipのパスワードは送らないでください。

  1. Open the download link in your Payhip receipt and find the license key on your purchase/download page.
  2. Open Crest Lab sign-in and enter the same purchase email address and the key. No Payhip password or new password is required.
  3. Your purchased edition opens: standalone Lab excludes Heritage Spire; the font-and-Lab set includes it. Font-only and physical-product licences alone do not include Lab.

Use a current desktop Chrome or Edge browser and an internet connection. Font access and WebM recording depend on browser support. You may import fonts you are licensed to use and export PNG, SVG and project JSON. Windows FFmpeg-based MP4 conversion/frame rendering is not included online. Export important work to your computer; temporary storage may not follow you across browsers or devices. Online SVG/nature draft slots have a 1 MB limit. Indefinite service operation and future downloadable versions are not guaranteed.
