購入した商品の範囲に適用される、配布ZIP同梱の利用条件全文です。価格表の5,000個版「198,000円」は、現在は最低価格を表します。上乗せによる許諾範囲の変更はありません。Lab購入者向けWeb版の利用方法はWeb版の案内をご確認ください。

Crest Lab / Heritage Spire 利用条件
2026-10-13。購入した商品の利用範囲は以下のとおりです。第三者のフォント・素材・コンポーネントは、それぞれのライセンスが適用されます。
Crest Lab
購入者は買い切りのCrest Lab v1.0をインストールして継続利用し、作品を制作・保存・出力できます。自身の作品の公開・販売は、その作品に使用したフォント・素材の利用条件に従って行えます。アプリ本体や同梱の専有データを第三者に再配布・再販売することはできません。第三者コンポーネントのライセンスで認められた権利はこの制限によって変更されません。
単独版にはHeritage Spireの利用権は付属しません。Crest LabとHeritage Spireの両方を同じ購入者が所有する場合、購入順・購入形態に関係なくHeritage Spire入りLabを追加料金なしで提供します。購入確認が必要です。これは追加の造形商品化ライセンスではありません。
購入者向けWeb版は運営期間中利用できます。v1.1以降のWeb更新は購入者に無料提供します。永続的な運営や将来のダウンロード版を保証するものではありません。
Heritage Spire 標準利用
購入者はフォントを使った二次元の画像・動画・印刷物等を商用制作できます。個人の非商用の立体試作もできます。字形やその派生紋章を主な価値とする立体物を製造して商品化する場合は、以下の造形商品化ライセンスが別途必要です。Crest Lab・他のツールのどちらで制作しても同じ条件です。
フォントファイルや抽出輪郭、再利用できるSVG・STL・鋳型設計等を、素材集やテンプレートとして再配布・再販売することはできません。完成した2D作品の通常の納品・公開は認められます。素材として再利用させるための輪郭配布は含まれません。
Heritage Spire 造形商品化ライセンス
非独占・一購入者（個人または法人）・一ブランドについて、標準利用に加えて次の数量までの立体製品販売を認めます。

数量は対象のすべての文字・デザイン・製品種類を通算します。年度・デザインごとにリセットしません。有効期間の制限や範囲内の追加ロイヤリティはありません。複数ライセンスの数量は自動加算せず、500版から5,000版への切り替えは累計5,000個として扱います。数量上限を超える前に追加契約が必要です。
字形の変更・組み合わせ・反転を認めます。製造委託先には、自分の許諾製品の製造に必要なデータを渡せます。委託先の独立した再利用・再配布は認めません。再利用可能なフォント、輪郭、STL、鋳型等のデジタル素材そのものを販売する権利は付属しません。
CREST GLYPHの作例に似た立体表現も歓迎します。非独占の字形に排他的所有権が発生するものではありません。また写真等の別素材の権利や、公式の提携・承認を表示する権利を付与するものではありません。
フォントは二次元輪郭であり、製造用3Dモデルではありません。厚み・接続・強度・安全性・製造適性は制作する製品に合わせて確認してください。
Crest Lab / Heritage Spire terms

Crest Lab
Purchasers may install and continue using the one-time-purchase v1.0 to create, save and export artwork. Publishing and selling artwork is subject to the terms of the fonts and materials used. Redistribution or resale of the app or its proprietary bundled data is not permitted. This restriction does not reduce rights granted by third-party component licences.
Standalone does not include a Heritage Spire licence. The same purchaser owning both Crest Lab and Heritage Spire is eligible for the Heritage Spire-included Lab at no additional charge, regardless of purchase order or separate/bundle purchase, following purchase verification. This does not add physical-product commercial rights.
Purchaser website access and online updates from v1.1 are free while the service operates. Indefinite hosting and future downloadable versions are not guaranteed.
Heritage Spire standard use
Commercial two-dimensional images, videos, print and similar designs are permitted. Personal non-commercial physical prototypes are permitted. Manufacturing and selling physical products whose main value is the letterforms or derived crests requires the separate Physical Product Licence, whether made with Crest Lab or another tool.
Font files, extracted outlines and reusable SVG, STL, mould-design or similar assets may not be redistributed or resold as materials or templates. Ordinary delivery and publication of finished 2D artwork is permitted; distributing reusable outlines as a material library is not included.
Physical Product Licence
Non-exclusive, for one purchaser (individual or legal entity) and one brand. Includes standard use and physical-product sales up to the selected cumulative allowance:

Additional payment is support and does not increase the allowance.
Count all covered characters, designs and product types together. The allowance does not reset annually or per design. No time limit or additional royalty within the allowance. Allowances do not automatically add together: moving from 500 to 5,000 means a cumulative 5,000-unit allowance. Arrange additional permission before exceeding it.
Modification, combination and mirroring are permitted. Contractors may receive data solely to manufacture your licensed products; independent reuse and redistribution are not permitted. Reselling reusable fonts, outlines, STL, moulds or other digital asset libraries is not included.
Similar physical interpretations of CREST GLYPH’s examples are welcome. This does not create exclusive ownership of shared letterforms or grant rights to separate photographs, or permission to imply official affiliation or endorsement.
The font provides 2D outlines, not production-ready 3D models. Check thickness, connections, strength, safety and manufacturing suitability for your products.
